About Us
Mi Bella Mondo, which includes Mi Bella Mondo Travel Network and Shop, is a registered DBA and a wholly owned subsidiary of Xtrategi, Inc., a California-based IT consulting company.
Mi Bella Mondo is NOT a tour operator. We collaborate with licensed tour operators and travel suppliers to curate and coordinate meaningful travel experiences for our network. While Mi Bella Mondo may provide a tour manager to help oversee the experience and ensure it runs smoothly on most trips, all travel services are operated and fulfilled by third-party providers. MBM does not own, operate, or control the provision of tour services.
Established in 2025, Mi Bella Mondo, a subsidiary of Xtrategi, Inc., curates travel experiences and works with trusted providers.
Policy on Cancellation Fees and Refunds
If a traveler cancels a tour or travel arrangement according to the cancellation policies of Mi Bella Mondo (MBM), its parent company Xtrategi, Inc., or its third-party suppliers—and is not at fault—any sums paid for services not yet provided (minus applicable deductions) will be refunded under those policies, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Please note:
- Important Note Regarding Supplier Default
Suppose a travel provider (such as a tour operator, hotel, airline, or other supplier) fails to deliver services due to default, bankruptcy, or cancellation. If the provider has already received payment and has not returned the funds, MBM cannot issue refunds. In such cases, MBM, through Xtrategi, Inc., will gladly provide a written statement upon request, including proof of payment and verification of the provider’s registration status, if applicable. - Cancellation Fees from Suppliers
Travel suppliers (e.g., airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, and hotels) may impose cancellation fees or penalties. These charges are the responsibility of the traveler. Some arrangements may be fully or partially non-refundable, as defined by the supplier’s or MBM’s policies. - Additional Fees from MBM
MBM, through Xtrategi, Inc., may charge extra cancellation or change fees beyond those imposed by suppliers. Your Booking Terms and Conditions will make sure to explain any such fees. - Non-Refundable Fees
Specific fees are non-refundable, even if you cancel or change your travel plans. Planning deposits, transaction fees, service charges, and administrative costs are among the non-refundable fees. These fees help cover the time, resources, and personalized services invested in curating and coordinating your travel experience.
