MI BELLA MONDO - Booking Terms & Conditions

Effective 2026 | Applies to all Mi Bella Mondo Global Goodwill Tours

1. Introduction

Welcome to Mi Bella Mondo (MBM). By booking a curated Global Goodwill Tour through Mi Bella Mondo at mibellamondo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

By finalizing your booking, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
  • All information you have provided is accurate and complete.
  • You acknowledge and accept the liability waiver, class action waiver, indemnification, and jurisdiction provisions included herein.

You agree to comply with the most current version of these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not comply with these Terms, your booking may be canceled, you may be denied access to the tour or services, and you may forfeit payments made.

Modifications

MBM reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Your continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Tour Logistics

2a. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
  • Prices may change before booking confirmation due to currency fluctuations or increases in supplier costs.
  • Once we confirm your booking, we guarantee the price unless we find a clear and unmistakable error.
  • For Collective Journeys, pricing is set at the time of trip confirmation and may vary depending on the final departure date agreed upon by the group.

2b. Our Services

Mi Bella Mondo offers two types of travel experiences under Global Goodwill Tours:

  • Collective Journeys: Curated group journeys where MBM collects traveler interest for a specific destination. No payment is required during the interest phase. Once the minimum number of travelers is confirmed and a departure date is agreed upon, MBM issues a Trip Confirmation Notice and opens booking.
  • Bespoke Journeys: Fully customized travel experiences designed around your interests, timeline, and group. A $100 non-refundable consultation deposit is required to begin the planning process. This deposit is applied toward your trip cost upon booking.

2c. Minimum Participation

  • Each Collective Journey requires a minimum number of travelers to proceed. The minimum varies by destination and is disclosed on each trip page.
  • Trips remain in the interest collection phase until the minimum is reached. No payment is collected during this phase.
  • If the minimum number of travelers is not reached before the planned departure, MBM will propose a revised departure date rather than cancel the trip. Interested travelers will be notified and given the option to confirm for the new date.

3. Itinerary Flexibility

Mi Bella Mondo reserves the right to modify tour itineraries as necessary due to weather conditions, transportation delays, political unrest, natural disasters, or other logistical challenges. Any substitutions will be of equivalent quality and value. Such changes do not provide grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.

4. Supplier Modifications or Cancellations

Changes made by third-party suppliers, such as hotels, transportation providers, or local guides, may occasionally occur. In these situations,

Mi Bella Mondo will:

  • Notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.
  • Seek equivalent alternatives with comparable quality and value.
  • Advocate on your behalf where possible.

MBM is not responsible for changes or disruptions caused by supplier decisions, including closures due to holidays, traffic delays, or religious observances. As a travel intermediary, MBM is not liable for the acts, omissions, or failures of third-party vendors, including but not limited to airlines, accommodations, or tour guides.

5. Payments & Deposits

5a. Collective Journey — Interest Phase

No payment is collected during the interest collection phase of a Collective Journey. Expressing interest in a journey does not constitute a booking and does not obligate you to any payment.

5b. Collective Journey — Trip Confirmation & Deposit

Once the minimum number of travelers for a destination is confirmed and a departure date is agreed upon, MBM will issue a Trip Confirmation Notice to all registered interested travelers.

  • Travelers have 14 days from the date of the Trip Confirmation Notice to submit their deposit.
  • The deposit is 25% of the total tour cost.
  • Failure to pay the deposit within 14 days of the confirmation notice will result in the forfeiture of your reserved spot.
  • The deposit is non-refundable after the 14-day window, but may be applied as a travel credit toward a future MBM journey within 12 months.

5c. Bespoke Journey — Consultation Deposit

A $100 non-refundable consultation deposit is required to begin planning a Bespoke Journey. This fee covers MBM’s time and resources in curating a customized itinerary. The $100 will be applied toward the total trip cost upon booking.

5d. Final Payment

  • Final payment for all journeys is due 90 days before the trip departure date.
  • Failure to make final payment within 14 days of a payment reminder may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.

5e. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through MBM’s designated payment processor. Mi Bella Mondo does not store or access your credit card information.

5f. Pricing Adjustments

Mi Bella Mondo reserves the right to correct pricing errors or adjust tour costs before your final payment. We will inform you of any changes, allowing you to accept the revised pricing or request a full refund.

5g. Refund Processing

Once approved, we will process refunds within 14 to 30 business days.

For Collective Journeys, MBM does not cancel trips due to low enrollment. If the minimum number of travelers is not met before the planned departure, MBM will propose a revised departure date. Interested travelers will be notified and allowed to confirm for the new date or withdraw with no penalty, as no payment has been collected during the interest phase.

If a trip is canceled by MBM for any reason after deposits have been collected, participants will have the option to:

  • Receive a full refund of all amounts paid; or
  • Receive a 100% travel credit plus a $250 bonus credit, valid for 12 months from the issue date.

6c. Force Majeure

Mi Bella Mondo (MBM) shall not be held liable for any delay, disruption, cancellation, or modification of services resulting from events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, hurricanes)
  • War, terrorism, civil unrest, or political instability
  • Government actions, travel bans, or border closures
  • Health crises, epidemics, or pandemics
  • Labor strikes or industrial disputes
  • Transportation shutdowns or supply chain breakdowns
  • Airline schedule changes or cancellations
  • Power outages or infrastructure failure
  • Any other unforeseeable or uncontrollable events

In such circumstances, MBM reserves the right to modify or cancel itineraries. We will make reasonable efforts to provide future travel credits or rescheduling options when feasible. The occurrence of any force majeure event does not constitute a breach of contract, and refunds or credits will be issued at MBM’s sole discretion.

7. Additional Policies

7a. Additional Refund/Credit Policy

Mi Bella Mondo does not refund or credit any part of the tour that is missed, skipped, or unused for any reason, including:

  • Late arrivals or early departures
  • Voluntary withdrawal from any part of the tour
  • Illness, personal emergencies, or travel fatigue
  • Changes to the itinerary made by the participant
  • Failure to participate in scheduled activities or included meals

7b. Tour Swaps

After paying your deposit, you may not exchange to a different tour unless Mi Bella Mondo cancels or postpones your confirmed journey. For Collective Journeys, if a proposed departure date is revised and you are unable to travel on the new date, you may withdraw with no penalty prior to paying your deposit.

7c. Tour Postponement by MBM

If Mi Bella Mondo postpones a tour, participants will be notified in writing and must confirm their decision within 10 calendar days. You may choose:

  • A full refund, including the original deposit; or
  • A transfer to a future tour of your choice, subject to availability.

If no response is received within 10 days, the booking will automatically be credited toward a future tour. The original deposit date applies to all future cancellations, credits, and pricing policies.

7d. Pre/Post Trip Services

Any services, accommodations, or excursions booked independently before or after your official MBM tour are not covered under these Terms & Conditions, even if recommended by our team.

8. Credit Card Bookings & Chargebacks

By submitting payment, you agree to Mi Bella Mondo’s Terms & Conditions. Initiating a chargeback without a valid cause may result in:

  • Cancellation of your booking
  • Legal action to recover losses
  • Recovery of associated dispute fees and costs

Examples of improper or invalid chargebacks include:

  • Disputes over non-refundable bookings clearly stated as such
  • Payments made using a third-party credit card without proper authorization
  • Claims based on misunderstandings of clearly communicated policies
  • Chargebacks related to force majeure events outside of MBM’s control
