THE OPPORTUNITY
Mi Bella Mondo operates as a social enterprise, designing immersive, deeply researched journeys that connect travelers directly with local stewards. While we share these stories and market journeys publicly through our website and Instagram, our deepest impact relies on exclusive partnerships with selected Goodwill Ambassadors.
By combining MBM’s brand platform with your unique ability to lead and inspire your own close-knit community, we amplify our collective reach, transforming standard travel into a shared movement for global conservation.
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY: Two phases, one journey
PHASE ONE: PRE-TRIP
The Recruitment Phase
You will champion the journey within your established network, social media platforms, or organization lists. MBM provides you with a complete digital media kit (approved graphics and exact itinerary layouts). Your primary goal is to curate and secure a roster of 15 paying travelers from your community.
PHASE TWO: ON-GROUND
The Leadership Phase
Once on the ground, your role is to facilitate the group experience, foster cohesion, and capture authentic media. While the itinerary infrastructure is pre-arranged, you are the primary on-site point of contact and focus on group energy, safety, and cultural connection.
EXCLUSIVE TRAVEL BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
To honor your leadership, time, and influence, MBM provides a premier, fully funded travel and compensation package once your group roster is finalized.
100% Covered Economy Airfare – Fully reimbursed up to the designated destination track cap.
Complete Ground Package – Local transport, accommodations (including a private, single-room lodging), and select itemized group meals, fully covered for the duration of the official itinerary.
Comprehensive Travel Insurance – A dedicated travel insurance policy covering your official journey dates.
Professional Cash Stipend – An independent contractor cash stipend for the duration of the trip, with full details shared during your alignment call.
